My journey began as an educator, teaching across various levels and discovering my love for guiding others toward personal growth, self-discovery, and purposeful success. With a background in teaching, psychology, and youth ministry, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering others by aligning faith, business, and education. My Journey

My journey began with a deep desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. I started as an educator, teaching across various levels—from kindergarten to tertiary education. Those years shaped my understanding of how guidance, encouragement, and education can transform lives. They also sparked my passion for helping individuals grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. As I navigated my path, I discovered my love for psychology and philosophy, which deepened my ability to support personal growth and self-discovery. My experiences in youth ministry added another layer to my journey. I served as a music director, created plays, and composed songs, using creativity as a way to inspire young people to embrace their purpose and flourish. Driven by a passion for crafting meaningful solutions, I’ve had the privilege of founding ventures that empower others and foster growth. These include:

Family Life and Relationships

Being a wife to my incredible husband, Paul, a mother to our beautiful children, and a friend to those around me is one of my greatest luxuries. I cherish the love, laughter, and lessons that come with building strong connections. Whether I’m laughing with friends, being a compassionate neighbor, or supporting my family, I find fulfillment in relationships that nourish the heart.

Creativity and Education

I love creating educational materials, writing courses, and designing tools that help others learn and grow. Writing is my way of channeling my creativity, whether it’s crafting books like The Spiritual Woman or designing transformative programs. I also find immense joy in reading, learning, and having deep, meaningful conversations that expand my perspective and inspire new ideas.

Exploration of Consciousness

I have a deep fascination with the mind and consciousness. I treasure quiet moments of solitude where I can sit in the dark, reflect, and journey through the cosmos of my thoughts. Exploring levels of consciousness—whether in beta, theta, alpha, or delta states—has been a source of inspiration, creativity, and peace for me. It’s in these moments of stillness that I discover new dimensions of thought and purpose.
